How Do Fixed Dentures Work?
Typically, dentures are held in place with natural suction or possibly an adhesive. They are removable and require soaking and cleaning. Fixed dentures involve the patient receiving six to eight implant posts inserted into the jaw. The prosthesis will then be attached to the post. The dentures are held in place and cannot be removed.
